Traces Dance Ensemble is thrilled to announce an exciting dance event, along with a unique photographic/audio exhibition featuring 12 dance artists with additional needs. Féach, is the finale of an 18 month long project named Glór by Traces Dance Ensemble, which has taken place with the support of Creative Ireland from 2023 to 2025.

Everyone is welcome to join us on the Féach Dance Trail on Sunday 27th April, starting at 12 Noon at the Port of Waterford Building in O'Connell Street.The dancers will lead the audience in and around key areas of Waterford's Cultural Quarter, city centre and into the Viking Triangle. In the event of bad weather, all of the dances will take place under cover at the Apple Market.

Traces Dance Ensemble are promoting the individual voice of the dance artist within their new work through innovative reflection & feedback mechanisms in video and visual/audio languaging techniques.Traces Dance Ensemble provides training & workshops in contemporary dance practice to young people/adults with additional needs.In another first for Traces Dance Ensemble, they are currently 'in-residence' for the month of April in A Little Room. The company is currently facilitated by a Creative Team of professional dance artists, Dee Grant, Trish Murphy, Rachel Ni Bhraonain & Susie Lamb.Traces Dance Ensemble is kindly supported by Waterford City and County Council, Creative Ireland and the Creative Youth Nurture Fund 2023-25.
